Artist Studio Space

We are seeking artists who want to be part of a creative and collaborative community!

A new chapter is beginning at Cold Mountain Art Collective and we are transforming our beautiful local art gallery into mini working studios. We will have up to 600 sqft of flexibly divided space available based on the individual artist’s needs. Whether you need 100 or 300 sqft, we are competitively priced at $2.25/sqft with a $100 amenity and utility fee (this covers things like stocked coffee, tea, toilet paper, and a portion of electric, HVAC and Internet) per month and contracted for a one year lease.

Feel free to stop in anytime during our current hours (Tues-Sat 11am-5pm) and get a feel for the atmosphere and our Downtown life!

Leases will begin as early as February 2026.
