Artist Studio Space

We are seeking artists who want to be part of a creative and collaborative community!

A new chapter is beginning at Cold Mountain Art Collective and we are transforming our beautiful local art gallery into mini working studios.

We have two remaining spaces left! A 56 sqft space ($226/month) and 30 sqft space ($167.50/month) available for lease beginning in March. Spaces are competitively priced at $2.25/sqft with a $100 amenity and utility fee (this covers things like stocked coffee, tea, toilet paper, and a portion of electric, HVAC and Internet) per month and contracted for a one year lease.
