Artist Studio Space

We are seeking artists who want to be part of a creative and collaborative community!

A new chapter is beginning at Cold Mountain Art Collective and we are transforming our beautiful local art gallery into mini working studios. We will have 100-300 sqft of flexibly divided sections available based on the individual artist’s needs. Competitively priced at $2.25/sqft with a $100 amenity and utility fee (this covers things like stocked coffee, tea, toilet paper, and a portion of electric, HVAC and Internet) per month and contracted for a one year lease.

Feel free to stop in anytime during our current hours (Tues-Sat 11am-5pm) and get a feel for the atmosphere and our Downtown life!

Leases will begin as early as February 2026.
