Plant & Grow Two part Workshop

  • Cold Mountain Art Collective 33 Adams Street Canton, NC, 28716 United States (map)

We’ve teamed up with Licensed Clinical Mental Heath Counselor Mary Grace Bigelow once again to bring you and educational, hands-on workshop about the mental health benefits of nature.

In Part One on May 17 6-8pm of this two part series, we’ll be pinching small planter pots and saucers with our hands while Mary Grace engages your minds with skills and knowledge on how to feasibly incorporate nature in to your routine (without having to go on a hike or plant a whole garden for it!).

In Part Two on May 31 6-8pm, we will be planting low maintenance plants in your finished planters while continuing our discussion on eco-wellness!

You can register for both days as a package for reduced price or a single day. If you can not attend Part Two, you may pick up your planter and worksheet to do on your own time. If you can ONLY attend Part Two, we will have planters for you to choose from so you don’t have to miss out on the discussion!

  • Two Part Package: $80

  • Sinlge Part: $50

  • Please reach out if you wish to attend but need financial assistance.

  • All materials included.

  • Refreshments provided.
