In this workshop with Mary Grace Bigelow, LCMHC, we will spend time honoring our collective grief from Hurricane Helene around the one year anniversary. The trauma and grief from Hurricane Helene still live within us all. Mary Grace will lead us in a discussion about traumatic grief, how it affects us, and how to process the experience of it. Participants will create a memento out of clay symbolizing their grief in whatever way feels right to them. We will cultivate a safe space inviting sharing with care and support from the group.
